René P.M. Stevens MSc Arch/MBA is architect, management consultant, coach and entrepreneur. End 2002 he established ATELIER V real estate, a trend setting enterprise in real estate consultancy, of which he is owner and general director. His passion is to create business accommodation with an exceptional balance of experience and usefulness that significantly adds value to the occupants compared with average accommodation. He is a well known expert in the field of strategy oriented accommodation.
He completed the studies Building Engineering, University of Architecture and Master of Business Administration. He was an architect at FC de Weger International and senior accommodation consultant at Berenschot Osborne. DTZ Zadelhoff engaged him in 1990 in the establishment of the central departments Research and Consultancy, of which he became director in 1993. Stevens was creator and co-promoter and from 1990-1997 Director of the Foundation Real Estate Norm Netherlands. From 1997-2001 he was co-founder and general director of the real estate consultancy firm Diephuis Stevens B.V. Stevens publishes regularly in various professional journals. He is a conference speaker and lecturer at various universities. From 1996-2005 he was board member of the International Association of Corporate real estate executives, CoreNet Benelux chapter. Since 2004 he has been treasurer and vice chairman from 2007 to 2009 of the spiritual foundation Soham Baba Mission.
