It seems businesses are constantly in need of renewed clarity, an improved understanding of context and more liberating set of possibilities. As someone who enjoys addressing these types of needs with people, business is just one of several instances where I can be useful and effective.

My concern these days is the lack of consistency in the use and meaning of words like innovation and transformation. In this regard, I have witnessed what I would call a distinction between the popular and the professional discussion, the former is often an environment of annoyingly loose interpretation and the latter is clear, rigorous and consistent. Is a glossary of terms in order?
