Worked on visual tools in business for 30+ years, in my work as a Business Manager, post graduate business teacher and 12 years as a business consultant.

Business development consultant using systemic process and thinking. Have a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Jonah certificate from Avraham Goldratt Institute.
All my work is done with visual models and techniques.

I have worked in almost all the ones being mentioned. City Bank, City of Milagro, Politecnic University, Bristol Myers and others

I will be very happy to share the model I have to map an entire company in terms of what they should do (business model), what they do in reality,to obtain their gap. Decide the critical success factors, the reasons why they can not obtain what they should, and the strategy to obtain it.
