Question on the Canvas

One of building blocks on the Canvas, customer relationship, is not clear to me as to channels. For the channels, it's the conduit for the delivery of value propostion, quite simple. For the customer relationship, what is the definition of this building block? Is it the customer feed back on the value proposition to the value provider, then the arrow head may be reversed. I need somebody may give a clear understanding on this. This is my somewhat glitch to move forward to the next step. Thanks, SKSee More
