I am passionate about money, not because I want to own tons and heaps of it, but because I want to help people get access to it via technology.
Technology is bridging the gap and providing access to the millions of unbanked in emerging countries. Mobile financial services is challenging the entrenched paradigms of traditional branch-based banking, introducing a customer demographic that equally and fervently demand anytime-anywhere availability and customized care. Lenders everywhere are grappling with the dynamic reality that is social networks. Banks are glacially realizing that to capture an individual, one has to speak the language of that person’s community.
