Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
As a serial/visual thinking entrepreneur I am passionate about creating business models that generate long term success whether a start-up or large organization. I have worked over 200 start-up companies and gone through the multiple stages of company growth. Currently preparing to launch a Start-Up program for a College in Tulsa, Oklahoma that will take entrepreneurs from idea to operating business. The business model is the most critical element of success and the main focus all other start-up elements are wrapped around the model.

I work with private corporations and public sector organizations to design and implement a culture of performance. Utilizing visual thinking tools to drive collective change and innovation.

Core capabilities include: Rebooting imagination, cultural design, business model development and execution, graphic facilitation, project management, leadership development, visual thinking training, start-up process training, team alignment and motivational speaking.

Alex, I am excited to become a part. Going to utilize your Business Model Canvas as part of a 16 week start-up program I am working on developing for Tulsa Community College. The goal is to create 100 new start-ups a year. We kick-off March 9th!
