Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
I've worked for start-ups that have succeeded (acquired) and failed, as well as companies as large as EDS and Microsoft. I consult with companies as "old school" and threatened as Microsoft as well as brilliant new model start-ups and open source based foundations. It's not the technology that's disruptive, it's the business model.

I help software companies and web companies develop their business models and strategy, from start-ups to Microsoft. I'm especially interested in Christensen economics and open source software development and standards development. I've been a developer, a start-up founder and executive, a writer and a consultant.
