Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
Starting with a business model allows one to address core issues of business with a systematic process. This allows one to jump start the seeds of innovative possibility while gaining insights to potentially missed opportunities.
How would you best describe your level of expertise when it comes to business models?
Executive level corporate officers and non-profits. Develop strategic partnerships, assess programs, projects, investments for obstacles and missed opportunities, redundant or taxing efforts. Forecasting. Facilitation. Community synergy building. Education.
What industry do you mainly work in (e.g. financial services, telco, utilities, public sector, academia, pharma...)?
Business. Community. Non-profits.
What is the size of the organization you work for?
Do you want to add anything? Feel free. Any topic.
Many of the oversights - or misguided directions that are taken - are a result of the 'right' questions not being asked. That is, the iterative, open process of engagement within companies and stakeholders is not recognized, exercised, or a process so to do, not in place.
