- I am an Experienced Entrepreneur, Consultant and Coach/Trainer.
I have successfully started, run and failed two Startup Companies, managed a subsidiary Company of a large group and been involved in several Entrepreneurial projects. I am constantly looking for new challenges and ways to shorten the Startup/Launch process and minimise risk on Time, Money and Energy investment.
I am a big believer in a new breed of Entrepreneur; a multi-skilled individual that masters and has an overall understanding of Business mechanics. I call them Agile Entrepreneurs. They can adapt, operate and evolve in a chaotic environment.
The rules of the game are changing; it is the very end of the Industrial age where we could plan and then act. We are experiencing the emergence of a new era where more and more Entrepreneurs will take the lead to innovate and change the way we think, create and play.
My intention is to be a key actor of this new entrepreneurship era by democratizing business practices, helping Entrepreneurs develops an entire set of new skills and promoting access to innovative tools and practices.
I am actually developing a methodology based on Business Model Canvas, Customer Development, Online Marketing & Product virtualization and Agile & Scrum philosophy. A wrap up of emergent methodologies with a multidisciplinary approach to Business that dramatically improve Autonomy, Agility and Adaptability.
