"I like the concept. It has always worked for me to start with an assumptions tab or tabs with assumptions in just a few places over time so it is easy to change assumptions and do what if analysis. Seems like some of your tabs have assumptions…"

I am a new member but have read and significantly marked up the BMG book. I have read and begun to implement Lean Start up Methodology (will admit The Start up Owners Manual by Blank was a bit too  much textbook for me)Although I have done start ups before, I tend to think more like an enterpriser than an entrepreneur.
