Leif Schriver Karlsen said… Hi Tim - I am using the Business Model Canvas in my college business students Entrepreneur class, which is a course of 10 3 hour lectures. The aim is to help them create their own business idea and writing abusiness plan using the 9 building blocks. They are very enthutiastic about the teamwork and the use of post-it. Seems to give them a welcome break from writing and reading and listening all the time.
Cheers
Leif
Luke Allan said… Hi Tim - We don't offer BMG in the university and my connection came about as a result of an FP7 EU Project that examined business modelling as part of its brief. BM then became a topic for my PhD.

Luke
Hi Tim,
IIBA is a professional association for business analysts rather than a college or university, so we do not offer training.
Christine Miller said… Hi, Tim - yes, we use BMG in many of our classes. I'm teaching in the graduate program in Design Management at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, GA. In fact, I'm starting a new class today.
Jim Gibbs said… I use the material in CIS 300 Business Info Systems at College of Mt St Joe in Cinicnnati Ohio USA
Yes, we use it at Harper Adams University College in the UK on a range of undergraduate courses including Principles of Management and also IT. It provides an accessible approach and an appealing text which students appreciate. Thanks for asking - Jane
Kathia Laszlo said… Yes, we are using it for the social entrepreneurs program and for the MBA in sustainable business at the Universidad del Medio Ambiente (www.umamexico.com) in Mexico. Best, Kathia
