"I'd suggest using the BMC as early as you can.  You can really capture as "high level" or as detailed information as you want and as is appropriate so I would imagine that creating a BMC for each of your ideas would be an hour…"

I run my own small business consultancy in the UK Midlands (I live in the smallest county in the UK - Rutland). After a career in large consulting firms and then ten years as an entrepreneur I now work with small to medium sized businesses in the UK, helping them to clarify their thinking on issues such as business strategy.
What industry do you mainly work in (e.g. financial services, telco, utilities, public sector, academia, pharma...)?
Bias towards tech companies but also work outside that area.
