I'm passionate about business models because I'm building simulation models for any kind of business ventures.

I am a founder of syconomic, a Leipzig, Germany based consulting firm. We build enterprise planning tools that explicitly incorporate risk and uncertainty for every input parameter. Our tools are not focused on producing "numbers" but gaining greater insight into what really drives profits, cash or value. With our models you can "test drive" and refine your business model before you go "out into the wild."
