Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

I am an entrepreneur at heart and have been involved in various businesses over time. Now I aid friends, family and organizations. the most difficult thing is to get the stakeholders talking from the same page about the most critical elements of the business. Business models provide a great way to show the dynamics, bring structure and discipline, and where to apply focus.
