I've been applying the Business Model Canvas to show how under a rapidly changing business environment the BM of the company I work for needs adjustment. Who do you work for? What do you do?: I work at NCRV (Dutch public broadcaster). Digital strategist always looking for creative and new ways. Whether it’s about developing products, managing large teams or negotiating deals.

This is what I do:

- Responsible for digital strategy (corporate and sub-brands)
- Managing interactive department (developers, designers, project managers, editors)
- Expansion into mobile, cross- and transmedia to create customer engagement
- Digital membership strategy (in collaboration with marketing dep.)
- Boardroom adviser (regarding digital policy)
