- Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
- I run a management consultancy that was born of a frustration with 'traditional' models. Old ways of working that saw consultants as "fees on legs" could not possibly add real value to the client. I continue to push a much more open model, with a porous company boundary that lets both associate consultants and client people join in the creation and deliver of solutions.
