- I work now on the Business Model Design for a Columbian Bio-Tech company in Mexico. The company has invented a disruptive technology which has the potential to reduce water consumption by 75%, Electricity consumption by 50%, Gas consumption by 30%. It is very interesting to explore the market, prototype go-to-market strategies, and design the right business model for this company. I am looking forward to sharing the results and experiences later...
