According to authors such as Jane McGonigal ("Reality is Broken") and Jesse Schell ("The Art of Game Design"), games will soon dominate our business, professional, and personal lives. I concur with that vision. In fact, games are increasingly creeping into product and business model innovation. However, many of these games are superficial.
