The Business Model Canvas and Horizon Thinking ....

I was lucky enough in January 2011 to attend Alex’s London’s Master Class for the Business Model Generation and the question came up about how the Business Model Canvas (BMC) can be used in conjunction with strategy tools.  It was a topic that generated a lot of interest and, in response I can offer the following suggestion.
