Connecting Business Model Generation with Visual Meetings and Gamestorming

On November 14th, Business Models Inc. organized the event ‘New Business Models: a boost for your organization and carreer’ in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The seminar was based on four books that Business Models Inc. produced or translated in Dutch: Business Model GenerationVisual MeetingsBusiness Model You and Gamestorming.

Why this connection?

Visual Meetings and Gamestorming offer you tools to create a common language and be more creative and innovative with your team when working on business model innovation. Business Model You helps you to design your personal business model, your role in the innovation process and future of your organization. On November 14th, participants worked on their business models using visual tools. During rollercoaster presentations by Patrick van der Pijl, Tim Clark, Camilla van den Boom participants were invited to innovate their business models. Participants could also look into examples of the Dutch Telecom organisation KPN changing their model into a Multi Sided Platform and the Blue Ocean Insurance model of Inshared.
